Refund Policy
At ModestDog, customer satisfaction is paramount. Therefore, we offer the option to exchange or return your product within 5 days of shipping, subject to the following conditions:
RETURNS
Please notify us by email at shop@modestdogmx.com along with the customer's full name, order number, reason for the return, and detailed photos of the product to be returned, demonstrating that it has not been used and is in perfect condition. The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
Once the email is received and reviewed, we will respond within 2 days with the corresponding authorization and return instructions. Products must be returned in their original packaging with bubble wrap and a receipt.
Once the company receives the returned package and can effectively verify that there was an error on its part, the return shipping cost and the product will be refunded.
If the company, upon receiving the package, deems that the reported damage did not warrant a return, they will notify the customer that their return was not accepted. If the customer wishes to have the merchandise sent back, they will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
Your refund will be made via the same payment method (credit and/or debit card). If payment was made via PayPal, it must be processed online. This is only if the return was authorized due to a fault on the part of ModestDog.
Note: Refunds may take up to 20 business days to be reflected.
EXCHANGES
Please notify us by email at shop@modestdogmx.com along with the order number and reason for the exchange, and detailed photos of the product to be exchanged, demonstrating that it has not been used and is in perfect condition.
Once the email is received and reviewed, we will respond within two days with the corresponding authorization and instructions for the exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging with bubble wrap and a receipt.
Once the product is received, it will be checked for its original condition and the exchange will be processed.
Products cannot be exchanged for others of a lower price.
The shipping cost of the exchange will be paid by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
If your purchase has not left our distribution center, we will refund your money using the same payment method (credit and/or debit card).
If cancellation is required but the product is already in transit, cancellation can only be made upon receipt of the product.
The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
If the order has already been received or is in transit, it is necessary to proceed according to the return policy.
