At Modest Dog, we specialize in in-home dog training and virtual support programs. Please note that we do not ship physical products, and therefore traditional shipping policies do not apply.

Service Fulfillment

Once your purchase is confirmed, our team will contact you within 24–48 business hours to coordinate your first session. You will receive confirmation via email or text, including the trainer's details, date, and time of your appointment.

No Physical Shipping Involved

Because our services are in-person or virtual experiences, we do not ship any products. You will not receive a tracking number, delivery ETA, or incur shipping charges.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or be non-refundable depending on the package terms.
